Purpose of Data Collection

Zynga collects personal information such as account registration information, profile information, technical information (e.g., IP Address, device identifiers), and geo-location information. Zynga uses this information to provide the service, including allowing users to connect with their friends, track installs, target advertising, and deliver notifications on game events and new products and features. Zynga also collects various categories of employee data including, but not limited to name address, gender, employee ID, date of birth, job history, salary, commission entitlements, equity compensation data, IP addresses, communication data and performance reviews, evaluations and ratings, and other sensitive data including, but not limited to, information on marital status, criminal convictions or offenses, disability, and other matters. Zynga processes this information for compensation-related purposes, benefit-related purposes, workforce management-related purposes, regulatory-related purposes, internal compliance-related purposes, communication-related purposes, emergency contact-related purposes, authority-related purposes, security and fraud prevention-related purposes, and finance and audit-related purposes.
